Bio: Since very young, Valentina has been very interested in exercise and food. From trying different sports while living in Colombia, to training Muay Thai and boxing in late high school and early college while in Miami, exercising and intuitive eating have always been a part of who she is. In 2019, when she first moved to LA, she continued researching training modalities, while she finished her studies in Nonprofits and Business. This led her to bridge both of her passions: Fitness and helping the community. Since then, getting certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine has marked the beginning of her career, helping others see fitness and nutrition not as a tedious chore, but rather a compliment to their lifestyle in a way that is relevant to, and sustainable for them through the lense of intuitive fitness and nutrition.
