Farrah Zweig, BS, CPT, CEP
Fitness Coach

“Life is a journey, not a destination”

Farrah Zweig has a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist for over 15 years, she has helped numerous clients increase strength, confidence, and an appreciation of what their body can accomplish.  We will define your personal definition of what “being fit” means.

Physical fitness requires a holistic approach; it’s not about being skinny! It’s about feeling good about your body and your body feeling good.  From neuroscience tools to playful activities, Farrah guides you on your way to athleticism. Staying healthy is a lifelong journey on a long and windy road and she stays with her clients every step of the way! Having overcome eating issues and losing over 40 pounds multiple times throughout her life, she understands the challenges and struggles of change and supports her clients in establishing and maintaining their own healthy lifestyle. Creating exercise and nutrition programs that take into account a person’s likes, dislikes, goals, and any health issues is just the beginning…

Change occurs from the inside out. From focusing on small muscle groups to ensure they are supportive of the larger muscles we also focus on the behavioral and emotional aspects that accompany life-changing events.

Motivate. Cheer. Encourage. You can do it and I am here to help!
